Technical & Legal Information – Large Event Tent Rentals in Connecticut
Installation Requirements: All 30’ and 40’ wide tents are pole-supported structures requiring grass installation and staking capability. Sites must be clear of underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, and structural obstructions prior to installation.
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for verifying property boundaries, underground utilities, and providing sufficient access for delivery vehicles and equipment. Unforeseen site conditions may require layout modifications or additional charges.
Fire & Safety Compliance: All 30’ and 40’ wide tent rentals include fire extinguishers, exit signage, and anchoring procedures in accordance with Connecticut building codes. Municipal permits may be required depending on tent size and event duration.
